    • Entering Sweden: On June 30, 2021, Swedish rules were adjusted to the EU's COVID certificate regulation. Entering Sweden from EU/EEA countries (including Poland) is possible not only if you have a negative COVID-19 test, but also if you show a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 or a certificate of the past COVID-19 infection.For travellers who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, entering Sweden will be possible if the second dose of the vaccine has been taken at least 14 days before coming to Sweden. For convalescents, the EU Covid Certificate should be issued at the earliest 11 days after a positive test and should be valid for a maximum of 180 days from the date of the first positive test result.
    • Entering Poland: until October 31, 2021, when entering Poland, it is required to present a negative COVID-19 test result, proof of vaccination or proof of convalescent status. The test must be performed no earlier than 48 hours prior to arrival in Poland.
