  1. We regret to inform you that due to forecasted adverse weather conditions, the following departures of m/f Nova Star have been cancelled:

    • 20.07.2026 at 18:00 — departure from Gdańsk;
    • 21.07.2026 at 18:00 — departure from Nynäshamn.

    At the same time, please be informed that due to weather conditions, m/f Wawel is planned to depart from Nynäshamn today, 20.07.2026, at approximately 22:00. The planned arrival of m/f Wawel at the Port of Gdańsk is on 21.07.2026 at 17:00.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above situation.

  1. New Check-in Organisation at the Ystad Terminal from 7 July 2026

    Please be informed that, as of 7 July 2026, the organisation of passenger check-in at the ferry terminal in Ystad will change.

    • Passengers travelling by car on the Jantar ferry will be checked in at the POLFERRIES vehicle check-in booths.
    • Passengers travelling by car on the Polonia ferry will be checked in at the UNITY LINE vehicle check-in booths.
    • Foot passengers travelling on the Jantar and Polonia ferries will be checked in at the passenger ticket offices at the POLFERRIES terminal.

    Passengers are kindly requested to pay attention to the signage at the terminal and follow the instructions given by terminal staff. The purpose of this change is to improve traffic flow, streamline the check-in process, and enhance passenger comfort.

    • Passenger bookings on m/f Jantar are available for passengers travelling with a vehicle. Round-trip tickets can be purchased. In this case, passengers are required to check in at the terminal 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
    • The crossing can be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system.
    • Reservations can also be made by phone via our Reservation Centre. Payment should then be made to the indicated bank account. If the booking is made less than 3 working days before departure, payment can be made at the terminal on the day of departure. In this case, passengers are required to check in at the terminal 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

    IMPORTANT:

    • Travel for foot passengers is not available.
    • Pets are allowed for passengers travelling with a vehicle. There is also a designated area on board where dogs can be taken for a walk.
    • Meals are not included in the ticket price.
    • Passenger bookings on m/f Epsilon are available for passengers travelling with a vehicle. Round-trip tickets can be purchased. In this case, passengers are required to check in at the terminal 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
    • The crossing can be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system.
