- On the m/f Epsilon, passenger reservations for motorists (cars, bicycles) are possible only one way. To purchase a return trip, a new separate booking must be made. It is not possible to buy a round-trip ticket on a single booking.
- The trip can be booked and paid for in advance using our online reservation.
- Reservations can also be made by phone via our Call Center, then payment will be made at the terminal on the day of departure 2 hours before the planned departure time.

IMPORTANT:
- The price of the ticket on the m/f Epsilon includes 2 buffet meals for each customer.
- There is no possibility of transporting foot passengers.
- Pets are allowed, and there is a space on deck where you can take your dog for a walk.
