• Passenger bookings on board m/f Epsilon are available for motorised travellers (cars, bicycle) on a one-way basis only. To purchase a return crossing, a separate new booking must be made. It is not possible to purchase a round-trip ticket within one single reservation.
• The crossing can be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system. In this case, passengers are required to check in no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive within this time limit will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• Reservations can also be made by phone via our Call Center, then payment will be made at the terminal on the day of departure 2 hours before the planned departure time.

IMPORTANT:

• The price of the ticket on the m/f Epsilon includes 2 buffet meals for each customer.
• There is no possibility of transporting foot passengers.
• Pets are allowed, and there is a space on deck where you can take your dog for a walk.

Notes:

• Prices do not include the fuel surcharge and emission surcharge.
• The fuel surcharge is 26.60 PLN, and the emission surcharge is 18.62 PLN per traveling person.
• The total length of the car + trailer combination must not exceed 12m.
• Meals: 2 meals, the same as for truck drivers.
